Important Changes to Big Chip Technical Support

In an effort to improve our ability to service your technical support needs, we are moving to a new online system for managing and resolving issues.

Telephone based support cannot be provided unless URGENT.

To access technical support begin by logging your support request on our online technical support system at www.bigchip.com.au/support where you will receive your Job Number.  This reference number is universally associated with this particular issue.

Once your call is logged online, you can follow up the request with Big Chip Systems by telephone or via the online system.

To ensure a smooth transition, we have issued usernames and passwords to the main contact at your organisation to access the online technical support system.   If there are other people in your organisation that require access to Technical Support they can request one at  www.bigchip.com.au/support.

This new online system for logging technical support issues aims to provide you with more effective, timely and efficient support.   We strongly encourage you to familiarise yourself with the new process and to also share it with relevant staff members.
